Jackson's Island Rental
Short Term Rental Terms and Conditions
Reservations –There are two types of reservations. High season reservations are those reservations made for the months of December through August. Low season reservations are those for September through November. There are different policies for each of the two.
Reservations - A 50% initial rental deposit is due at the time the reservation is made. The remaining rental amount balance will be due 30 days prior to the first date of your scheduled occupancy. If the rental amount balance is not received by this time, the reservation will be cancelled and the initial rental deposit amount will not be refunded, less any related expense that is incurred. In cases where the reservation is made less than 30 days from the first day of occupancy, the entire rental amount is due at the time the reservation is made. Reservations are tentative until the rental fee has been paid in full for high season rentals.
Renter – We will rent to only one responsible party. If there will be more than one party using the property and the charges are to be split between them this is a matter exclusively between the renters. The Party arranging the rental will be the one held responsible.
Payment – All charges and payments arising under the rental are to be made in cash or via wire transfer in US dollars or Honduran Lempiras. See the website for details. Any fee that is charge from money transfer will have to be an extra charge by the renters.
